![]() There'll usually be two cities in every game you play that will offer 17 or 18 gold for it. Don't ever sell it, just look at how much it's worth in each city you go to. It's really important if you don't like to constantly do math. Keep one of them in your inventory at all times. ![]() Originally posted by gnorf73:Another extremely helpful thing that it seems like almost no one knows about is teeth that drop from those goul things that eat corpses. If you're really desperate, 7 days is okay if you're well-stocked on supplies, but if things go badly in your next battle you could run out of money if you go below 7 days of pay. When should you buy stuff for the first time? In terms of budget, it's safe to keep about 14 days of pay on hand after the purchase. My first weapon purchase is usually a greatsword, and that comes after the 210 armor. It takes too long to find 210 armor to not buy it at some point though, and the 150 armor costs half as much but by then it's usually only a minor upgrade. In the early game, you shouldn't be buying a lot of weapons and armor, other than for the first contract. And hopefully it goes without saying that you sell what you don't need, and it may be good to keep a couple of the best you have from a class in case you have a new hire or situation that needs it. Generally speaking, all tier 3 weapons, and some tier 2 weapons, will be worth it. I had a decent run last game and the most I've gotten is 15k at once wich I then spend on some 230 armor! I see pictures of guys getting 100k+ gold on verteran (I have everything at beginner) just how do you do that?įor repairing and selling weapons, you just need to get more than 1 gold per repair point for it to be worth it (this exact value would break even if you bought tools for 300, which is more than you should be paying except in emergencies).
